Welcome

This is the chronicle of our journey through the 21st century and our exploration and implementation of a greener lifestyle for our family. We are a family of four humans in suburban St Louis, Missouri, USA. We have always been Earth-conscious but have become even more aware recently of all of the things we can be doing to not only leave a smaller carbon footprint behind but to also increase our sustainable use of our land and resources to work and live in harmony with the earth and so have decided to embark on this journey to change our lives in many of those ways.

The Berry & Herb Bed

 This is a section we hadn't planned on necessarily adding now but it has been in the back of our heads for years.  The two round circles have peppermint in them(have had it for several years) and there are multiple Mulberry bushes along the fence.  We would like to add other berry bushes and more herbs as well...I'll keep you posted on what we choose!
